1. About These Terms

Welcome to Susan Sanelli Hammack LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, coaching services, digital products, courses, and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Who We Are

“We”, “us” or “our” means Susan Sanelli Hammack LLC, a healing and coaching business dedicated to supporting women survivors on their journey to sovereignty and self-reclamation through trauma-informed practices, expressive arts, and embodied wisdom.

3. Your Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity
Use our Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent

4. Coaching Services

Connection Call & Application Process

Before beginning coaching, you will complete a brief questionnaire and schedule a free connection call. This call allows us to determine if we’re a good fit and ensures coaching is appropriate for your needs.

Coaching Relationship

Our coaching services are designed to support your personal growth and healing journey. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, we will refer you to appropriate licensed professionals.

Your Responsibilities as a Coaching Client

Attend scheduled sessions on time or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Engage actively and honestly in the coaching process
Complete any agreed-upon practices or reflections between sessions
Communicate openly about what is and isn’t working for you
Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited unless there is an emergency. We understand that life happens and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all coaching conversations and materials, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

5. Digital Products & Courses

Access to Digital Content

When you purchase a digital product or course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Delivery

Digital products (such as journals, meditations, and guides) will be delivered via email or download link immediately upon purchase or as specified at the time of purchase.

Restrictions

You may not:

Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any digital products or course materials
Use our content for commercial purposes
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our materials
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase or as agreed upon in your coaching contract. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated on our website.

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). Your payment information is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on downloadable journals, meditations, guides, or other digital content once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

Coaching Services

Coaching packages are non-refundable once services have begun. If you need to discontinue coaching, any unused sessions may be forfeited or, at our discretion, credited toward future services.

Courses & Programs

Refund policies for courses and group programs will be clearly stated at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed the course content.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life circumstances change. If you experience a significant hardship (such as medical emergency or financial crisis), please contact us at susan@susansanellihammack.com to discuss your situation. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website and within our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and other materials, is the property of Susan Sanelli Hammack LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.

9. User Content & Conduct

Content You Share

If you participate in our programs, circles, or online communities, you may have the opportunity to share content (such as reflections, artwork, or comments). By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

Community Guidelines

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. When participating in our Services, you agree to:

Treat all participants with respect, kindness, and compassion
Maintain confidentiality of others’ stories and experiences shared in group settings
Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behavior
Honor the sacred and vulnerable nature of healing work

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines or disrupts the safety and integrity of our community.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Our coaching services, courses, and content are for educational and personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

No Guarantees of Results

While we are committed to supporting your growth and healing, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Services. Your results will depend on many factors, including your commitment, circumstances, and individual needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Sanelli Hammack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use our Services
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
Any content obtained from the Services
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that personal growth and healing work can bring up difficult emotions and memories. By participating in our Services, you assume responsibility for your own well-being and agree to seek additional professional support if needed.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

You may discontinue your use of our Services at any time. If you wish to terminate your coaching relationship or cancel enrollment in a program, please contact us at susan@susansanellihammack.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and notify you via email or through a notice on our website.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15. SMS Communications & Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Susan Sanelli Hammack LLC, you consent to receive SMS communications including coaching reminders, program updates, and promotional offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your enrollment and program participation.

Standard Rates Apply: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message or by contacting us at susan@susansanellihammack.com.

Third-Party Providers: We use third-party SMS service providers to send text messages. Your phone number and message content are subject to their privacy policies and terms of service.
